Political Events in Puerto Vallarta with Doves

RESTRICTIONS

WEDDINGSDOVES Vallarta  Has very strict rules to protect the effectiveness of your event  and  the safety of the doves.

•All types of liberation must be done with sunlight because the doves do not see at night. The releases will have to be done not later than 1 hour before the nightfall .

•It will not be possible to be let them go during  rain or with thick fog nor within halls or closed premises.

•During the event there will always be an expert handler •During the delivery of messages on the day of the event might be a discrepancy of 2% of messages that could not arrive the same day,t he missing ones will be deliver the very next day.

•There is a possibility that a message can be lost during the flight of a pigeon house

RESERVATIONS DATES POLICES & BLOCKADE OF DAYS

•Our packs are quoted within the periphery of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit – outside this area an additional charge for displacement will be collected.

•A 50% of deposit when confirming the event is necessary for the booking and scheduling of your event. The rest will have to be paid one week before the event.

•Any cancellation will have to be done one month  before the event and the 100% of the payment will be reimbursed. .  After this date no refund for cancellation.

•Changes  dates of a previous reservation is under availability and  any cancellation without refund.

•The payment will be accepted by means of Check (National Bank), Traveler Checks, Dollars or Pesos.

•TAXES INCLUDED

•The contract is subjected to the meteorological conditions allowing our doves arrive home healthy. The 100% of the payment will be reimbursed if we determine before leaving to the place of the event that the release is not possible; if the inclemency of climate does not allow the release after we have arrive at the event, 50% of reimbursement will be done due to the time and  the displacement.
